Automations

Workspaces

Organize your automations into dedicated workspaces for different projects or functions.

What are Workspaces

Workspaces are workspaces where you group related automations. They work like "projects" or "categories" to better organize your automations.

Workspace Examples

  • "Automatic Conversions" - For auto-converting currencies
  • "Notifications" - For email/webhook alerts
  • "Rebalancing" - To maintain portfolio proportions
  • "DeFi Operations" - For DeFi operations
  • "Payment Processing" - For payment processing

How to Create a Workspace

Step 1: Access Workspaces

  1. Click on Automations in the side menu
  2. Select Workspaces

Step 2: Create New Workspace

  1. Click on New Workspace
  2. Fill in the fields:
    • Name: Clear identification of the workspace
    • Description: What this workspace is for
    • Status: Active or inactive

Step 3: Configure Automations

Inside the workspace, you can:

  • Create automations specific to this context
  • Organize by function or project
  • Manage permissions if necessary

Managing Workspaces

  • List: See all created workspaces
  • Status: Identify which are active/inactive
  • Counters: How many automations each workspace has

  2. Modify name, description or status
  3. Save changes

Organize Automations

  • Move automations between workspaces
  • Duplicate automations to other workspaces

Best Practices

Organization

  • Use descriptive names for workspaces
  • Group by function (e.g., "Payments", "DeFi", "Notifications")
  • Keep active workspaces organized

  ├── Auto-transfer received
  ├── Payment notification
  └── Automatic reconciliation

 DeFi Operations
  ├── Auto-compound fees
  ├── Portfolio rebalancing
  └── Position monitoring

 Notifications
  ├── Low balance alerts
  ├── Transaction notifications
  └── Periodic reports

Limits and Considerations

  • Use clear descriptions for easier maintenance
  • Archive workspaces not used
  • Review periodically the organization
