Organize your automations into dedicated workspaces for different projects or functions.
What are Workspaces
Workspaces are workspaces where you group related automations. They work like "projects" or "categories" to better organize your automations.
Workspace Examples
- "Automatic Conversions" - For auto-converting currencies
- "Notifications" - For email/webhook alerts
- "Rebalancing" - To maintain portfolio proportions
- "DeFi Operations" - For DeFi operations
- "Payment Processing" - For payment processing
How to Create a Workspace
Step 1: Access Workspaces
- Click on Automations in the side menu
- Select Workspaces
Step 2: Create New Workspace
- Click on New Workspace
- Fill in the fields:
- Name: Clear identification of the workspace
- Description: What this workspace is for
- Status: Active or inactive
Step 3: Configure Automations
Inside the workspace, you can:
- Create automations specific to this context
- Organize by function or project
- Manage permissions if necessary
Managing Workspaces
View Workspaces
- List: See all created workspaces
- Status: Identify which are active/inactive
- Counters: How many automations each workspace has
Edit Workspace
- Click on the desired workspace
- Modify name, description or status
- Save changes
Organize Automations
- Move automations between workspaces
- Duplicate automations to other workspaces
- Archive workspaces not used

Organization
- Use descriptive names for workspaces
- Group by function (e.g., "Payments", "DeFi", "Notifications")
